I was 100% thrilled with my experience! Every staff member I spoke with, from the Ship a Car Direct staff to the staff with the Carrier company, were prompt, friendly, professional, and accurate! My car was delivered on-time and in perfect condition, and the transport driver made it very easy to both pick up and deliver the car in a convenient location with no hassle.
