I was very impressed with the person who answered the 888 number, she answered all my questions after I received my quote. Then Steve helped me execute my order and BAM! the shipper Golden Empire Express LLC called to me to coordinate a pick-up - 4 hours after the order was placed. They quoted me a delivery of 5-7 days, I asked if possible to deliver in the evening on the 4th day. They stated they couldn't promise that, but they would attempt to! (As my daughter was working and it would be difficult to meet driver.) I met the driver 12 hours after placing the order, he was ontime, courteous and took the auto no problem. On Monday Golden Empire Express called my daughter and told her they would deliver Tuesday as requested! Delivery was smooth, no damage, all worked out better than anticipated!
My only critique for improvement - Angela was my initial contact and who submitted the quote- and then she didn't respond to email, or voicemails. Good thing I didn't give up and I tried the main number (but honestly made me very uncomfortable and since I was in a rush had me check into another broker) Steve told me that Angela was out ill, albeit over 4 days someone else should have responded if that was the case.

I would and will recommend ShipACar Direct!
