This was my first experience shipping a car. From the time I called Ship a car Direct, I encountered people who were professional. They had the experience I was looking for. They explained the process from beginning to end and addressed all my questions. The dropoff and pickup drivers were efficient,professional and on time. It was also explained to me that due to the distance the car went in an open carrier, it would arrive dirty. A great experience!
