The overall delivery service was nice. Drivers were kind and responsive, and there was no damage or any problem on my car. My car was actually delivered several days later than the estimation from ShipACarDirect, but it was understandable. One thing that I hoped was that it would be better if they contact earlier like at least 24 hours before an action so that a customer can schedule for it (not like just one hour or 30 minutes notices before arriving). Thanks.
