My entire experience with Ship-A-Car Direct was amazing. The initial contact representative Kay was conscientious and exceptionally helpful. The free app to document the vehicle condition before pickup was easy to use and much appreciated. Vitalie the driver was friendly, courteous, and professional, and he inspired great confidence that RTS Trans Inc. would care for my car. The transport to California seemed quick, and the delivery was handled beautifully. I appreciate the follow-up email requesting a review, which reflected the company’s concern for the highest standards of service. Based on this experience, I would enthusiastically recommend Ship-A-Car Direct to my family, friends, and colleagues who are considering an auto move.
