Car shipped ok, just picked up late

I arranged with David about 1.5 months before our deadline to ship the car. As the time crept up, I continued emailing as the car needed to be picked up by Monday afternoon at the very latest. Unfortunately, it was not picked up until Tuesday 1 AM. We had to be travelling before this so it put us in a stressful situation. I was disappointed with Ship a car direct, I gave my deadline, and it was not met. Glad we did get the car in the end.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and we are sorry to hear that pick up did not go as planned. Unfortunately lead time in this industry does not help secure a carrier sooner. We can only book your shipment based on carrier availability. Glad to here that once your car was picked up it was delivered safe and sound.
