The car arrived in good condition and on the day promised. However, you need to be flexible on the day of delivery. It was difficult to communicate with the driver about a definite delivery time frame because it would take a while to receive a response. Therefore, we were restricted all day in our activities as we awaited the car's arrival. Customer service with ship-a-car direct was helpful and ensured us the car would be delivered on the day promised at least.
