problems with delivery was due to a clerical error (car listed as 5 series not X5) had to change trucks somewhere. new driver could not be reached for accurate delivery time or date. But delivery when made was seamless and car was in good condition. The 24 hr answering service could only read a computer screen which showed my car was delivered, when it was somewhere in transit. the person on the phone seemed to have kids or a party in the background - made me feel like i was calling a boiler room. But during business hours Matt was wonderful and very responsive
