I felt great after speaking to Eve. She was incredibly responsive and set everything up for pickup and delivery. Honestly one of the best customer service or sales experiences I've ever had. Carrier showed up on time and delivered the car in a very timely schedule, in great shape. I had been apprehensive to ship my car but next time I need to do this I would not hesitate to use ShipACarDirect.
