I appreciated the promptness of responses I received when dealing with ship a car direct. The dates for shipment were exactly what was quoted, as was the price to ship the car. The carrier reached out to me with specific times to ensure prompt pickup. Once during the shipment I texted the company to check on the status of the vehicle and received a quick reply. The car was delivered with no damages, however it did require a wash afterwards. Would happily do business with them again.
