Gaby was assigned to our quote request. She was responsive with follow up email questions and communicated with us on the phone with updates in finding a carrier. The carrier was a day late with the pick up and delivered a day late, but was in communication with us. Everything turned out fine and were happy that the van arrived to its destination safely without issue.
