ShipACar Direct was recommended by a friend and they were correct. The service was great. After frustrations with understanding when carriers pick up bids (they may pick up the bid on the day requested), the carriers were communicative and reliable. The carriers picked up the car 1 day late as they had a tire blowout the day that they were supposed to pick up the car. They called to notify me of the situation right away. Even with that, they delivered the car a day earlier than estimated (the ETA had been given based on the original pick up too). My car came in the same condition as it was picked up.

The ShipACarDirect app to document the car's condition before pick up and after delivery was simple to use and very helpful.

Overall, the experience was excellent. I would use ShipACarDirect again and recommended it to my friends.
