Poor Communication

I had to called multiple times and left messages with my main contact several times without returned calls. Nobody communicated options due to the inability to get a carrier in a timely manner. The company did reduce their charge due to the late pick up date. The carrier was great about setting up pickup and drop-off. Car was dirty, but within normal amount from a cross country transport. Just had run it through the car wash.
