Convenient and easy experience. My car was picked up a day ahead of the estimated pick-up date and dropped off a day later than the estimated drop-off date. As they make clear these dates are estimates. The driver was very thorough and careful during the pick-up/losing process and the car arrived in the same condition in which it left. No damage or dirt. Using ship-a-car direct made the process straightforward and took a lot of stress of finding a transporter much less stressful. If I have to ship a car again, I'll be using them.
