I am a discerning customer and the interactions with Scott of Ship a Car Direct and Ness of Dana Auto Transport were excellent all around. The car arrived on time in excellent condition. Scott of Ship a Car Direct was responsive through the process and the customer service staff on the 24 hour line provided information during off hours.
If I need to ship or receive a car in the future will use them again with strong confidence.
