John kept us informed throughout the process.
John always returned emails and all but one phone call. He returned the one phone call with an email.
John was good to interface with and answered all questions we asked.
An issue was we did not have a confirmation of a carrier until the day of pickup which was 1 day before the last day my daughter could be in town and it was also the third day of the 4 day period we had agreed to - so, unfortunately we were starting to consider other backup options by then.
An issue was my daughter had very little time to respond to the pickup after a decision was made on the carrier (just a matter of hours)
I would use john@shipacardirect again and would recommend him and his company with the caution regarding making sure communications allow better assurance in advance of the pickup date.
A "Unique Auto Transport" did an all-around good job from our view.
