This was the second company I went with after the first company I chose was completely unresponsive and was ignoring my phone calls. Once I switched to Ship a car customer service was fabulous! Kay was wonderful and spent the time to really explain the process. The only gripe I have is once my car was assigned to a driver, the driver totally flaked and didn't answer my calls of texts. I called the main line as it was a friday night to ask what I should do and they were nice and said they would look into it and call me back but never did. I was left in the dark all weekend until finally the shipper contacted me directly (not ship a car) and told me my car had been reassigned to a different driver. Again, everything turned out fine, I just wish that ship a car would have called me back. Again my car got delivered and everything was safe and sound, I just wish that someone would have followed up with me when I needed it, not after (I do realize part of the issue was it was the weekend). Overall, I have my car and I am happy. When I did deal with ship a car they were lovely. Thank you.
