Matt at Ship A Car Direct was a professional and helpful representative. Even though there was a bit of a snag getting the car from SF to NC (in the sense that our offer was a bit under market) he was able to get it there for only a few dollars over our initial quote (that is, he was able to share the increase in cost with me). And, the shipping company itself was more than professional and helpful. There were honest, straightforward, and got my car there looking great after such a long drive! Again, overall, great experience!
