This was my first time using this type of service. I had a lot of questions, and Matt answered all of them on the phone and via email. He also sent me the information about the insurance for the transportation company I requested. The car was picked up when scheduled. The driver called me the following day to let me know he would arrive a day earlier than expected. He contacted the person picking up the car and set the picking up time. The car was delivered without any problems. Maricel, from customer service, contacted me right after the car was delivered to make sure the process went well. Excellent service! Thank you Matt and Maricel!
