I was apprehensive of shipping my daughter's 2012 Honda from Texas to New York where she attends the United States Merchant Marine Academy. The car had always been stored indoors so it was in very good condition. I spent a couple of days on the internet getting bids and communicating with several shipping companies. Finally only one company-Ship A Car Direct- reached out to help answer any questions I may have about shipping the vehicle.They answered all my questions satisfactorily. Once a fair price was determined I decided to use this company. Once the process was started it went quite smoothly after that.The driver called and asked if he could pick up the car two days early and I said yes because we were on a serious time constraint to get the car to New York. Pick up of the car went smoothly. The driver was a good communicator, knowledgeable, hard working, and very pleasant.I was kept informed of where the vehicle was every couple of days and my daughter called and said the car was delivered a day early. There were no items missing from the vehicle, no damage to the vehicle and the drop off went smoothly in New York. This company was not the cheapest but worth every dollar I spent with them! I will definitely use them again and not hesitate to recommend them to other people looking for an auto shipping company. They did a great job. Very pleased with all aspects of dealing with them.
