It was overall a great experience with transporting my car from Florida to California. I'll give them a 5 star rating. There was a delay in picking my car, form the first pick up date. I suppose that was because the amount was posted lower than the quote. But Bruce helped me understand how it work and explained me on the possible delay with that. The delivery from Richer trucking company was also good and ontime, without any damage. Kudos to John from Richer transport. The east to west delivery completed in 4 days, once picked from Jacksonville. My recommend ShipaCarDirect form my experience.
