My son was moving home to CA from Elon University in North Carolina after his graduation. We were going to sell the car, but found that it made sense to ship the car back home.
I contacted Eve at ship a car direct after contacting a few other web sites. We were running into Memorial weekend and we did have some trouble getting drivers to pick up the car in the short time we wanted (3 days). We found a friend that could hand over the car to the transport company.
The car was picked up about 5 days after we contacted Ship A Car Direct. It was delivered to us in exactly one week after Pick-up.
The transport company called us 4 times to confirm the delivery, decide on a place the driver could drop the car, and the time on which we could meet.
Bottom line was the process was painless, the communication was excellent, and the car arrived in perfect condition.
