I needed to ship a vehicle all the way cross country. After my order was submitted, there was a delay in securing a contractor to accept the job. That delay meant schedule changes on both the pick-up date and delivery date, requiring other people to change their availabilities and calendars. Once the date was set there was a further delay as the driver discovered his oversized trailer was too large for otherwise-accessible state roads in the area, meaning that someone had to drive the vehicle 30 minutes away to a different location and wait to meet the driver for loading, with a similar effect on the vehicle delivery which also was somewhat distant from the address to where the vehicle was to be shipped. Both the ShipACar Direct folks and the staff of the carrier selected to ship the vehicle were polite and helpful. My only suggestion would be to book your shipment many weeks in advance and to let the staff know ASAP if you have time and date constraints on the shipment process.
