Remarkably positive. I had scheduled on a holiday, and they were open. Pick up was first possible day that I selected, which was the following day. Delivery to the midwest was the next day, early. Broker (ship a car direct) had lots of messaging during the process. Seemed to be more transparency in the shipping process with this company than others in the business. I had 2 cars to ship in an enclosed trailer. There may have been some advantage in this route, since only 2 cars fit - it was point to point in less than 24 hours.
