This is my first time to transport my car, so I didn't know how the procedure worked and Scott explained everything to me. I was also concerned by the reliability of carriers and Scott chose a good one for me. The pickup was one-day delay because of snow storm, and the driver was very nice. I like the experience and will definitely recommend Ship-a-car-direct to anyone who need such service.
