Received a quick email response to online inquiry. Then a follow up call by Kosta to see if I had any questions. No pressure, he told me just confirm order if I decided to go with Ship a car direct. Glad I did. Very flexible with arranging pick up at San Diego, since labor issues caused a delay in departure from Hawaii. Car arrived in Houston ahead of schedule, and the driver Victor was very professional and helpful. Shipping my other car with them as well!
