Driver worked with me to get the car, there was no place to load it from my house, so he met us in a parking lot. It did take a while to get the car, almost 10 days but still within the estimated time. The car was beyond filthy when it arrived at the destination. They defiantly put mine on the very top and 1st car in the row because there was no spot not covered in bug guts. It also had some new scratches I had never seen before on the bottom running board like it hit part of the ramp when loading or unloading. I didn't notice it until I washed the car after the driver left. Like I said it was so filthy I didn't notice the damage when he showed up.
