Late pick up.

Gave a 5 day window for pick up, but got picked up 2 days late. I had already left moved across the country so I had to enlist my friends to have the car picked up. On the last day of my window for pick up I was unable to get ahold of my agent and didn't have a carrier assigned. It's stressful hoping you car gets picked up before you leave, but thats the nature of shipping a car I guess.

We are sorry to hear that the pick up didn't go as planned and if you could not reach your rep, we actually have our 24/7 support line when our reps are not working, like evenings and weekends. Glad everything worked out in the end. Thank you for your review!
