Awesome company and I would refer to other people. Oh received updates by emails and phone calls. I was very concerned since it took 11 days pass the original pick up date. However once it was picked up they treated my Mom wonderful and she is 80 and my Mom felt ver comfortable release the car to the trucking company Reed Express and I was also emailed that Reed Express. Then the quote was higher by $50 and Angela at Ship direct took care of it and refunded my Mom credit card, Awesome company and awesome trucking company!! When they dropped the. At of so very professional and very nice and the car didn't even look dirty from the long drive!! An amazing experience!! Kudos
