Process was smooth, car arrived quickly, and good customer service throughout from both Ship a Car and K1 Transport. Car was dirty outside but it was taken two thirds of the way across the country so that's to be expected.

Only improvement would be acceptance of electronic payments (wire or e-check, if not credit cards). Cashier's check or cash only was challenging due to ATM withdrawal limits and the fact that I use an online only bank, which takes at least three business days to issue a cashier's check. Ended up going to a Wells Fargo and paying the fees to get a cashier's check.

Other than the minor hassle with payment, it was a positive first time shipping a car and I would recommend using Ship a Car and K1 Transport.
