This was my first experience shipping a car. A bad winter storm out west pushed my pickup into the holiday season. The car wasn't picked up until the first business day of the new year. While this was well past my requested pickup date, I don't feel this was on Ship A Car Direct. Communication was good throughout the process and they were always willing to answer my questions when I called. As it was explained to me, the holiday season (especially the week between Christmas and New Years) is the slowest time of the year due to the limited number of trucks on the road. Delivery was quick once my car was picked up.
