I was anxious about sending my car with a transport company, especially cross-country and after all the horror stories I read about in reviews. I was delighted to find Ship-a-car direct, and had a great experience with them. My representative was very polite and helpful, as was the guy who picked up and shipped my car. Ship-a-car direct also checked in with me often during the course of the shipping to make sure everything was going well, to call if I had any questions, and to ensure that the delivery went smoothly. I was not worried about my car at all during my move, which was a nice load off of my mind. Would definitely use this company again.
