Dear Maricel:

Everything about shipping the car went smoothly. Valiente Transporting LLC of Tampa, FL picked up the Subaru Forester on time and with no problems. Ben Ibanez of the company was the driver and he was great! The car was delivered on-time and right to our door - in the exact same condition as we left it. I will highly recommend this carrier to my family and friends. Great job.

Matt also did a fantastic job keeping us informed throughout the process and communicating with us- rather than us guessing, worrying and constantly needing to ask questions. He did a fantastic job also. He made sure that any question was answered, that all the terms of the agreement were understood and that any anxieties we had were taken seriously. Again, I can say I will be highly recommending Ship-A-Car Direct to anyone that I know who needs to ship a car and wants fantastic service at a tremendous price. Thanks to Matt for arranging everything.
