I was assigned a carrier the first day the vehicle was ready to transport. The carrier picked it up 2 days later as promised. The carriers had mechanical issues due to extreme cold weather but kept in contact and let me know what their status was. After a short delay they gave me a new eta and delivered the vehicle exactly on time. There were no issues with the vehicle, The haulers were very friendly and professional.
