Great Customer Service and timely pickup and delivery

Our car was picked up on time and delivered just a week later. It was a cross country delivered and all went smooth. Car was in great condition and the customer service from the Ship-A-Car Direct was great. They always kept me updated with all information that was needed and requested. The driver was fantastic. He was very knowledgable and was able to contact him anytime I needed an update.
