I have never shipped a car before, (and I was not on the "sending" end) so I was anxious about the process. From the time of my first inquiry, Ship a Car Direct informed me about the process by sending brief emails that fed me bits of information. It was very reassuring. When I had a question, they were easy to reach. They also checked in with me during the shipment to make sure the carrier was in contact with me. I had no problems at all, and my new car arrived without a scratch. The car arrived one day late, which worked out better for me since it arrived over the weekend. As a bonus - my 5-year old got to see a car carrier up close!
