Ship A Car Direct handled this very professionally and I had confidence with their Damage App that we could document any problems. Keep in mind the real work is done by the trucking company, and R&E Trucking performed as estimated, give or take a few hours. I would definitely call Ship A Car Direct when I have another car to move.
