I shipped a car bought from a dealership in Washington State. Matt was very helpful and the process of setting up the shipping was painless. I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars due to issues were with the truckers, Olympic Corp. First, they did not allow my salesperson at the dealership review the Condition Report on the Bill of Lading, and after seeing it once I sent it to him, he said that it indicated damage where there was none. Second, the car was supposed to come in 7-10 days but was delayed and they then wanted to deliver when I was out of town. To their credit - and Matt's - they adjusted the schedule to deliver the car after I returned, which was great. Also, when I inspected the car, I did not see damage in most of the places that they had indicated there was some, so perhaps they were doing some CYA just in case. Overall, I was happy with the service and would recommend Ship a Car Direct. It's a nerve racking process but I was able to reach my customer service rep very easily and found him extremely responsive which I think is key in this type of transaction.
