Our pickup would have been a day earlier if my cell phone had been working. The driver was very helpful in selecting a place to meet to pickup the car and was very careful inspecting and then loading. He even called me when he was initially unable to reach the family member to receive the vehicle. Ship A Car Direct rep emailed periodically to make sure everything was going as planned.
A very good experience.
