We shipped our car from Florida to Michigan. Stefan at Ship a Car Direct was knowledgeable and helpful. When we originally spoke on 9/19, I was under the impression the car would be picked up on 9/23, When I had not heard from them by 9/22, I had to call to learn that pick up would not be until 9/25. The day of pick-up, I had to call again to confirm time and place of pick-up with the carrier. Carrier was reluctant to give a delivery date, citing unknowns such as weather, delays with other customers, etc, but indicated the car should arrive by 9/30. Carrier called on 9/30 to indicate they were delayed and the car would be delivered by noon on 10/1, which it was. We were pleased with the general timeliness of the delivery and the friendliness of Ship a Car Direct and carrier main staff. Communication with Ship a Car Direct could have been a little better, but that's because I am a "planner" and like to have a schedule. Overall a good experience and would use them again.
