My pick up schedule was Friday and the actual pick up date was one day earlier than I schedule. The carrier just called me when he arrived but I was totally unprepared and my car was ready. Then I call the customer service, my primary contact person was out of office until Monday. When he came back. he rescheduled another carrier for me, which is efficient and nice service. Although there was miscommunication when I tried to ask another customer representative when Matt was not in office, the overall experience is good.
