I recently had my Lexus RX350 shipped from New York to Wisconsin and the entire experience couldn't have gone better. The customer rep assigned to me (Matt) was the best. He was prompt, courteous and super responsive to the questions I had. On pick-up day the transported to came to my house couldn't have been nicer. The actual delivery to Wisconsin came off without a hitch. The driver called my daughter and informed her when the car would arrive, which it did as promised. All in all a painless process done quite professionally.
