Everything was explained thoroughly, pick up was scheduled for following day. We were prepared for the delivery to take at least three days. It was picked up at 5pm on Saturday and arrived late Sunday evening as the driver, Rodney, promised. We are extrememly pleased with the service and will definetly use Ship a Car Direct again.
