Some radio silence between order confirmation and pick up date confirmation (a week) but I guess that's to be expected since there was nothing to update. Pick up date and time were confirmed the day before. Delivery notice was given two days before arrival. Arrived in 9 days- I was expecting 2 weeks. Pick up and delivery process were quick and easy.
