Not bad, but screwup on pickup side made the experience not so good

the pickup driver was going to be at house at 4. Then 5. Then 7. At midnight, my mom had to drive 5 miles to meet him. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would recommend it again with the understanding that people are going to be very flaky.
