We shipped a 5 series BMW from Portland OR to Austin TX. The contact person at Ship a Car Direct, Angela, was wonderful and helpful. She sent videos that answered all my questions about shipping the car. The driver who picked up the car was friendly and worked with our schedule. It was a very smooth process.
