My overall experience with Ship a car direct was very good. It did take a few days for them to find a transportation to actually take my vehicle, but the transportation process went very smoothly and there was no damage to the car. the website and emails provided by ship a car direct were very informative and helpful in making sure I understood the process and what to expect. The cars was a bit dirty when it arrived, but I don't hold that as a negative, since it traveled on an open carrier for over 2400 miles and I didn't really expect it to be completely clean when it arrived. I am shipping a second car with them next week and do not hold an reservations about the process after me first experience.
