Scott, the assigned customer representative was providing the status updates on car pick up dates, and what's expected throughout the process. This was very helpful as I was able to plan my rental car arrangements in my destination states. Although the pick up date of the vehicle was 3 days later than the estimated date, the delivery date was on time. The car was arrived without damage, and the driver who dropped off the car was very friendly.

I would recommend Ship-A-Car Direct.
