I moved from MD to TX less than a week ago. Trying to avoid the long drive, I chose to have my car shipped- however, I was extremely scared! I did a lot of research and saw a lot of different companies, but I had no idea which one to choose. I went on BBB, read reviews, and, honestly, I was considering driving down myself, in order to avoid having my car arrive to TX in pieces (I had already booked my flight, so that was not an option). I found out about Ship-a-car-direct after googling "best auto transporters" and saw that they were at the top of the list. I looked at it, and although the price was a bit higher than I was quoted with another company, I decided to do services on them based on the great reviews they had. I was immediately contacted by Matt and throughout the entire process he was extremely helpful (Thank you, Matt!). He kept me updated, answered all my questions, understood my complicated situation - was very patient about it - and put me with an amazing carrier, United Auto Transport Inc. My car was scheduled to arrive on Saturday and it actually arrived on Thursday, delivered by two very friendly and patient men. It was in the same condition that it left MD and it was handled with a lot of care off the truck. I was so satisfied with the service I called Matt right after calling my mom to thank him. If I ever need this type of service again, I would look no further.
