A Ship-a Car-Direct staff (Matt) attentively provided support and instructions to ship my Camry from Fairfax VA to San Diego CA. My car was arrived in good condition and within my expected schedule. One good thing that I like to mention is that I was allowed to change my shipping location from Naval Base San Diego to Poway two days before the pickup date without additional charges. The shipping cost was very reasonable but the service was excellent.
